The Landings at 50: Looking Ahead to the Next 50 Years

John will provide a look ahead at plans and needs for infrastructure development, housing renovation, the search for a new GM, and other aspects of The Landings as it passes its 50th birthday.
John was educated at Duke University in History and has a J.D. from Emory University. He practiced labor and employment law and negotiated labor contracts in Detroit area for 40 years. With his wife, he moved to The Landings in 2015. John was elected to TLA Board for 2019-2021 term and became TLA President in 2020. He has been active in many charities including Caps for Kids and Bottomless Toy Chest for children undergoing cancer treatment. He is also a LOVE Mentor and docent at Museum of Mighty Eighth and active in several Landings organizations.
