Please join us on Monday, July 20 at 4 PM for a Zoom meeting with the Chairman of the Chatham County Board of Elections, Thomas J. Mahoney III. Click To Register

Tom will review the composition and responsibilities of the Board of Elections, as well as a number of topics of interest to us all, including plans for use of the new voting machines, availability of absentee ballots, and preparations for the upcoming General elections in November. We’ll also touch on how the county works with the State of Georgia and what challenges they face in the coming months.

The meeting will be conducted using Zoom, and, for security reasons, registration/RSVP is required for ALL attendees. If you plan to attend, please use the link below to register/RSVP. Once your RSVP has been received and processed, you will receive an email with the URL for the Zoom meeting, along with all necessary instructions. As is our customary practice, we’ve invited the Skidaway Abigails to this meeting and are also requesting that they RSVP. Please note, however, that we request that you submit only a single RSVP from each household if participants can share a “screen.” This will allow more people to participate in this important presentation. For security reasons, please do not forward this email. Attendance is limited to Hamiltons and Abigails members.

Because of the short notice please RSVP/register ASAP by clicking on the following URL:
