After a resurgence of new confirmed COVID cases for island residents, the numbers are finally falling rapidly.
Our Community Transmission Index is still at about 200 – which is twice the threshold for being in the HIGH range for CTI, but the trend is definitely in the right direction. The two prior peaks were July 18, 2020 (21 cases) and January 30, 2021 (20 cases).
